Õuna võib isegi rohkem panna, kui peedi maitse pole nii meeldiv. Aga üldiselt väga hea hooslus ja väga tervislik vitamiinipomm.

  • 4 suuremat õuna
  • ca 8 suuremat porgandit

Köögiviljad pesta, koorida ja puhastada, lasta läbi mahlapressi ning nautida.
