  • 1/4 hiinakapsast
  • 1/2 tomatit
  • veidi kurki
  • 1/4 paprikat
  • u.100g kanaliha
  • 1 keedumuna
  • majoneesi
  • hapukoort
  • soola/pipart

Hiinakapsas lõigata ribadeks ja panna taldrikule esimese kihina. Hapukoor segada majoneesiga ja maitsestada soola, pipraga (panin ka veidi kanamaitseainet). Lisada hapukoor hajutatult hiinakapsale. Paprika ja kurk viilutada ning asetada taldrikule. Lisada sektoriteks lõigatud tomatid ja keedumunad.

Kana praadida pannil ja maitsestada, lisada soe kana kõige peale. Raputada peale maitserohelist.
